Who is IT Works Network?
It Works Network was formed in 2007 and has been growing ever since. It started by providing the turnkey computer services every small and medium sized business needed. As the team has helped clients grow and watched technologies change at a furious pace, they have become more involved in providing a pro-active consulting service.
While IT Works Network still provides those basic and much required computer services, their strength lies in understanding their clients and supporting them through technology and service changes.
Bruno Santos is the Founder and Network Project Manager at It Works Network and has been working with computers for nearly 20 years. He became an IT consultant in 2004 but was keen to start his own company after he realized that being the ‘IT guy’ who comes in only when there’s a problem wasn’t really helping his clients in the long term. He could see that consulting companies often didn’t listen to their clients to understand their needs, but just wanted to do the technical work they felt was required. Bruno’s plan was to set up a company where he could build working relationships with clients, understand their companies and offer a suite of services tailored to their needs. While the technologies and physical devices are often the same across a wide range of businesses, Bruno could see that each company required different support for how they were using it. And so, IT Works Network was born. Bruno has had many clients work with him since the inception of the company and having an innate understanding of their business has allowed Bruno to suggest and advice on new solutions as their businesses evolve.
The vast majority of IT Works Network’s business comes from referrals, a testament to the strength of business relationship IT Works Network forms with anyone they work with.
